I'm Andreas Mueller, a licensed Tennessee real estate broker with Keller Williams Music City Realty and a real estate investor since 2008. Right now I am actively looking for my next multifamily acquisition, and for multifamily deals for the investor clients I represent.
We just closed a 36-unit and a 20-unit for clients, and I'm under contract on another building myself. What I'm looking for
- Multifamily, 10+ units
- Nashville and Middle Tennessee first. I'll look at the rest of Tennessee for the right deal.
- Value-add, stabilized, or mismanaged. I underwrite all three.
- Off-market and pre-market strongly preferred. Brokers: I respond within one business day and I close.
For investors who want representation
Most agents don't own rentals. I do, and I have been buying, renovating and operating them since the Great Financial Crisis. When I represent you on a multifamily purchase you get underwriting, not a sales pitch: real rent comps, expense ratios that survive a lender, and an honest read on whether the deal works. Local and out-of-state investors welcome.
