Andreas started from nothing in Washington, DC. In the middle of the Great Financial Crisis, he dove in head first, buying beat-up rowhouses in rough neighborhoods, fixing them up, and renting rooms out to the bluecollar workforce, over 16 years ago.

Since then, he has assembled a portfolio of dozens of properties, fix-and-flips, self-managing apartments, and millions in real estate sales.

He is also the author of the popular weekly newsletter The Skeptical Investor, on real estate and finance.
